TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms govern your use of this website, the creative production services of I AM MUZIK Studios, and enrollment in the I AM MUZIK AI Filmmaking Academy (the "Services"). The Services are provided by I AM MUZIK PRODUCTIONS LLC, trading as I AM MUZIK Studios ("we", "us"). By purchasing, enrolling or continuing to use the Services you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are an individual you confirm you are of legal age to contract.

We provide (a) commissioned creative production and web development services agreed in writing per project, and (b) the I AM MUZIK AI Filmmaking Academy, a digital course of twelve modules with lessons, downloadable materials and assignments, delivered through a private online student classroom for a one-time enrollment fee of $200 USD with lifetime access to the purchased course content.

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Academy access is granted to one student and is personal to you.

You must not use the Services to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate any person or business;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• interfere with security — including uploading malware, probing or scanning systems, bypassing access controls, or scraping the site or course materials;
• resell, redistribute, share, republish or publicly post course materials, prompts or downloads, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.

The Academy teaches production workflows that use third-party artificial intelligence tools. You are responsible for the prompts you write, the inputs you supply, how you use the outputs, verifying accuracy before publication, and holding the rights to any material you submit to those tools. You must not use these workflows to create unlawful content, non-consensual or deceptive likenesses of real people, hateful content, malware, or content that infringes the rights of others, and you must not attempt to circumvent the safety controls of any tool.

AI outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected, and their intellectual property status varies by jurisdiction and by the tool's own terms. Nothing in the Academy is legal, financial or professional advice. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts where use breaches these terms. If you believe material provided through the Services infringes your rights, contact us at iammuzik53@gmail.com and we will investigate and remove infringing material; repeat infringement results in termination.

We retain all ownership of the Services, the Academy curriculum, prompts, templates, downloads, films, branding and software. On payment we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased course materials for your own learning and your own productions. For commissioned client work, ownership of deliverables transfers as set out in the individual project agreement.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, tax and cancellation mechanics are therefore governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Prices shown for production and web development packages are indicative ranges; the final fee depends on scope and is confirmed in writing before work begins.

We work to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Access may be affected by maintenance, third-party tool changes or outages outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. On termination your right to use the Services ends; where lawful we will allow a reasonable window to export your own submitted material before deletion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful or infringing use of the Services, or your breach of these terms.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting consumer rights available to you locally. If any provision is unenforceable the remainder continues in force.
