I AM MUZIK PRODUCTIONS LLC, trading as I AM MUZIK Studios, is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We decide what data is collected through this website, our client intake process and the I AM MUZIK AI Filmmaking Academy, and why. Contact us at iammuzik53@gmail.com.

• Enquiry and project details (name, email, phone, service of interest, project description, budget, preferred contact method) — to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
• Student account data (email, login credentials held in hashed form, enrollment record, module progress) — to create your account, give you access to the course you purchased and track your progress. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Assistant conversations — messages you type to our En'Dasia website assistant are processed to generate a reply and to help us improve the answers. Legal basis: legitimate interests. Please do not enter sensitive information.
• Support correspondence (emails and messages) — to provide customer support. Legal basis: performance of our contract and legitimate interests.
• Technical and usage data (IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, error logs) — for security, fraud prevention, and improving the site. Legal basis: legitimate interests and legal obligation.

Card and billing data is collected and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — we never see or store your full payment card details.

• Merchant of Record — Paddle, for the sale of our products, payment processing, subscription and order management, tax compliance, invoicing and refunds.
• Service providers and subprocessors — website and database hosting, authentication, email delivery, and the AI provider powering our website assistant.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting and tax advisers where needed.
• Authorities — where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after last contact, student enrollment and purchase records for as long as your access lasts and then for the period required by tax and accounting law, and technical logs for a short rolling period. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a copy in a portable format, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and opt out of marketing email at any time. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email iammuzik53@gmail.com; we respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your local supervisory authority; note that data we hold may be processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, database row-level access controls so students can only read their own records, hashed credentials, and restricted administrative access. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, secure form submissions and remember basic preferences. We do not run advertising cookies. Our payment partner sets cookies needed to complete checkout securely. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though signing in to the classroom will not work without the necessary ones.
